Due to the large amount in use plastic loyalty cards have lost their charm. The call for alternatives to the regular customer cards is constantly getting louder.
With “mobile-pocket” customers can directly load their loyalty cards onto phone. Forgotten cards or vouchers are a thing of the past now.
The handling is very simple: At the cash desk the bar code is read as usual directly from the smartphone instead of scanning it from the plastic card.
Main task of “mobile-pocket” is the replacement of our huge collections of plastic cards. Besides there are many other convenient features such as offers or coupons directly on the smartphone, which can then be easily redeemed at any time in the shop.
By using “mobile-pocket” retailers save costs for advertising and get a modern, realtime advertising channel. Customer can simply manage all their cards in one single application – a win for both sides.
