We have demonstrated with a prototype how the BBVA wallet can support the integration of value added services such as loyalty cards and offers. 

Consulting for product development

Efficiency and innovation capacity are the priorities during product development. On the other hands there are customers’ requirements as well as timelines and limited budgets.

As developers of the mobile-pocket Loyalty & Rewards Platform and as specialists for wallet value added services, we were the ideal partners for BBVA in terms of consulting during the product development stage and the implementation of a Proof of Concept to extend the functionalities of their existing wallet.  

Prototype development for friendly user test 

We have developed a BBVA branded, native prototype for Android and iOS to demonstrate how the BBVA wallet would work and look like with integrated loyalty cards, displaying bonus points, offers, vouchers and payment system. By integrating our SDK and connecting to the test environment of the mobile-pocket Loyalty & Rewards Platform it was possible to create a bank internal Friendly User Test within a few hours. 

Appealing value added services as a factor of success

A mobile wallet should be used to make payments. The result of the project showed that customer experience enhanced with value added services plays a vital role for the success of the wallet.  

If user can digitize their loyalty cards and vouchers in the wallet, they have everything they need for a perfect shopping experience in one place. And wallet provider.  Ultimately, this can intensify customer relationship, create new revenue opportunities, and increase the value of the wallet.
