RE/MAX Österreich – the market leader of real estates - takes the lead in terms of digitalization as well. The launch of the RE/MAX app adds an added value to the mobile strategy and puts emphasis on the customers.
RE/MAX app: easy & effective property search
No need to sign up, typing in a keyword and the region are enough to have offers displayed. Of course, users can refine their search by adding details. Similarly to the Tinder app and its „love“ or „discard“ buttons users can easily add favorites on their list and discard the other ones – with the option of sending feedback on why they are discarded. The algorithm trains to show users only current and relevant offers. Moreover, the app notifies users as soon as new properties that match the search criteria are available.
Users can view houses, flats or plots on their way or at home thanks to the virtual tour. VR allows users to view the property on a 360 degrees and they can already make a first assessment whether the property appeals them or not, almost as if they were visiting it on the spot.
MyRE/MAX available in app and on remax.at
By using the MyRE/MAX account the users’s profiles are synched to the internet platform remax.at. This allows users to continue their search where they left off, no matter which device they are currently using.
