The Klepsch Group app is aimed at over 900 active and retired employees. They can consume the content provided via individual access. The employee app is used at four locations in German, English and Spanish. However, the users are spread across the globe. SENOPLAST Klepsch & Co GmbH has users from Austria, Mexico, the USA, India, China and parts of Europe.
Customized CMS
The content is provided with just a few clicks by the specially assembled team via the customized CMS. The content team, consisting of employees from marketing, HR, leisure managers and production, informs the entire company about innovations, information, location news, events, jobs and much more. Target group-specific and location-based - this counteracts waste coverage.
Positive response
The figures speak for themselves. Just one week after the Klepsch Group app was rolled out, over 50% of all employees were already successfully onboarded in the communication app. A competition created an additional incentive to use it.
The software solution is an important part of SENOPLAST Klepsch & Co GmbH's employer branding strategy. The positive response from employees confirms the success of the plastic sheets and films manufacturer's digitalization project.

In addition to the basic features of the hAPPydo HR white label solution, SENOPLAST Klepsch & Co GmbH also integrated the chat function into its employee app. Security is the top priority here. As chat histories are encrypted and content is managed centrally, company-related data is secure. According to SENOPLAST Klepsch & Co GmbH, the activities of the leisure club are particularly popular and encourage participation.
The white label solution hAPPydo HR developed by us served as the basis for the Klepsch Group app. Continuous improvements and further developments enable all our customers to regularly expand their own employee app as required. The Klepsch Group app is also set to grow and will continue to develop together with the entire organization in the future.
