With the service app, all Schutzengel products can be viewed and the respective scope of services checked. A traffic light system indicates the status of the respective Schutzengel and the personal advisor is always just a click away on the service button.
The free Schutzengel service app can be used immediately without time-consuming registration simply by entering the customer number and date of birth.
Reliable companion thanks to GPS tracking
In keeping with the motto "You'll never walk alone", customers of Oberösterreichische Versicherung can use the Schutzengel service app to call for help in the event of danger and talk to specially trained employees until they feel safe again. Thanks to GPS tracking, the Schutzengel can call for help at any time and organize emergency assistance with pinpoint accuracy.

The guardian angels are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The service app thus fulfills the customer's wish for all-round support and rounds off the insurance offer.
