kika and Leiner x mobile-pocket
mobile-pocket is part of the company's digitalisation strategy

Two of the largest domestic furniture retailers, are thus responding to customer demand for a digital loyalty card

kika and Leiner - two of the largest domestic furniture retailers - are integrating the mobile-pocket customer loyalty platform and app developed by us into their marketing portfolio. On the one hand, this is a further step in their digitalisation strategy. On the other hand, the furniture stores are also following the demand of their customers for a digital customer card.

Digitisation strategy

Step by step, the furniture retailers are implementing their digitalisation strategy, which includes mobile-pocket in addition to the new online branches that were opened in January 2022. Each step contributes to creating a seamless connection between the digital offers and the stationary trade. Through mobile-pocket, kika and Leiner address their customers directly on their smartphones with offers, discount campaigns and vouchers.

„With the digital loyalty card, we are responding to a customer demand and have found an optimal - and above all Austrian - solution with mobile-pocket, which makes it even easier for our members to benefit from the numerous advantages and save cash.”

CEO of kika/Leiner

Score points with customer orientation

With the digital kika fan club and the Leiner Wohntraum club in mobile-pocket, regular customers have everything at their fingertips: the current points balance, regular promotions and exclusive benefits. The multitude of targeting options also opens up countless variations for furniture retailers to reach customers with offers tailored to their interests.

Smartphone as the most effective channel

The smartphone has become a constant companion and thus the most important means of communication. This is precisely why it is a particularly effective channel for increasing customer loyalty. "The digital solutions from mobile-pocket offer retailers the opportunity to effectively manage the entire customer journey along mobile, digital touchpoints" explains Wolfgang Stockner, CEO of bluesource. The smartphone combines a multitude of functions as a "digital wallet". Starting with all customer cards and loyalty programmes to mobile and contactless payment with Bluecode. All important features are thus gathered in one place - the app. Via the mobile-pocket platform, regular customers can use all the advantages not only in the customer card app itself but also in many Austrian bank wallets.
