The Leadership Pattern Language is an innovative approach to leadership development. It is based on the idea of identifying and systematically applying recurring patterns of successful leadership behavior. These patterns help managers to act in a targeted manner in different situations and to lead teams more effectively.
It can be thought of as a reference book in which various methods and techniques are systematically listed. These are divided into five main categories that relate to different aspects of leadership: Perspective, Personality, Processes, Potential and Performance.
