During the pandemic, backaldrin realized how important it is to reach all employees worldwide. The employee app mybackaldrin, which we developed, provided a remedy. Thanks to a uniform channel, all employees worldwide could be quickly and easily provided with important information in several languages from one day to the next. Shortly after the launch, more than 70 percent of the workforce was already using the mybackaldrin employee app.
Modern UX/UI Design
The sophisticated and modern UX/UI design enables all employees to use the app without additional training. The white label solution hAPPydo HR, which we developed, was the basis for the mybackaldrin app. Depending on the company's location, news articles, events, job offers, etc. can be communicated to the employees. Current developments can also be communicated to all employees via push messages. backaldrin has digitized the employee magazine in the "Magazine" section. This means that everyone can view it directly on their smartphone. The mybackaldrin app was developed for both Android and iOS operating systems and can be used on company or personal devices.
